Let’s meet during the upcoming XXX Economic Forum in Poland!
The Economic Forum is the largest political and economic conference in Central and Eastern Europe. For almost 30 years of its history, it has become a platform for exchanging views and shaping the opinions of leaders, as well as one of the most important meeting places for political and business elites in Europe.

The XXX Economic Forum will be held on September, 7–9 in Karpacz, under the motto: “Europe in Search of Leadership”.
I am very happy to join the panel discussion which is scheduled for September 8th to talk about Industry 4.0 and specifically how Artificial Intelligence brings value to the paper industry and manufacturing.
All enterprises generate data and it is natural for many to start collecting and even processing it. So we have cameras observing production processes or products, and countless sensors informing us about temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, etc. Artificial Intelligence uses all this data and turns it into information. As a result, we create robots, whether physical or in the form of software, that can count products, predict failures, suggest solutions or detect anomalies in processes, such as warning about the so-called wet line during papermaking that could lead to paper breakage.
