Let’s talk about AI during the summer of 2022!
I don’t know about you but the summer weather has definitely arrived here in Poland! I personally love it when the temperature hits something between 30 and 40 degrees Celsius. It just gives me a huge kick! Anyway, we’ve just finished preparing an exciting lineup of various events here at byteLAKE. I thought it might be useful at least for some of you to share our plans as this will be a great opportunity to talk virtually but (YES!) this time also in person about AI. I mean… not just buzzwords but we’re going to share the insights of our extensive research work, updates about our products (CFD Suite = AI-accelerated Computational Fluid Dynamics, Cognitive Services = AI for Paper Industry and Manufacturing), we’ll reveal more about our latest initiatives collectively called “AI for Restaurants”. Besides products, we’ll also share the updates about our most recent case studies, share our clients’ stories and continue our mission to inspire, educate and explain how AI constantly delivers value across industries. Plus, as I mentioned, there will be a chance to talk, exchange ideas, and ask questions.

May’22
We’re starting in May with a webinar in Polish.

Webinar is scheduled on May 16th, 10:00–11:00 CET.
Then we can meet in person in Prague during the upcoming MLPrague event (May 28th and 29th). We’re there together with our partner Avnet Silica so if you want to meet in person, contact me directly (mrojek@byteLAKE.com) or visit us at Avnet’s booth.
During the conference we will share the updates about our Cognitive services… and demonstrate its NEW MODULE FOR MANUFACTURING!!!
Jun’22
June 2022 is the time when we can meet in… Turkey! Give us a buzz at welcome@byteLAKE.com as we’ll be there working on our premiere integration of the “AI for Restaurants” product. In short, it is a collection of AI models that help automate various operations in the hospitality industry. Something you can read more about on our website (https://www.bytelake.com/en/AI4Restaurants) and we’ll share some more during the second half of the year. Nevertheless, June’22 is the time of going live with this product!

We’ll be there on July 6th as our co-founder Marcin Rojek has been invited to join the panel discussion about technologies for chemistry. July and Aug’22
July and August will be about AI & HPC convergence.
We’ll be gradually releasing our updates about CFD Suite and its benchmarks with NVIDIA’s A100 GPUs. Plus, and this is very exciting, we are going to announce our hardware reference designs for CFD Suite (www.byteLAKE.com/en/CFDSuite)!
Fall and Winter 2022
We’re still evaluating some events for in-person appearances. Anyway, during that time we are planning to share even more case studies (our team is EXTREMELY busy building these…) and the CFD Suite’s benchmarks with the latest Intel CPUs all of which will lead us to the major releases of our products:
- CFD Suite: version ready for integration with CAE tools
- Cognitive Services: upgrade to a Computer Vision module for paper mills (OpenVINO), AI-powered data analytics for manufacturing (new module!)
- AI for Restaurants: production-ready version & first deployment in Turkey.
I will write about our plans for fall and winter in another blog post.
