This year, myself (Marcin Rojek) and Mariusz Kolanko will talk about our team’s research and development results in accelerating CFD simulations with Alveo.

Presentation: Emerging HPC Architectures: accelerating computational science workloads with Alveo
This presentation will summarize research efforts results on developing highly optimized fluid simulation kernels for HPC nodes equipped with Alveo cards. The Co founders of byteLAKE will explain details about implementation techniques they used to reach almost 99% of the maximum, theoretically attainable performance. Results like up to 4x speedup and 80% lower energy consumption will be presented in comparison to the leading CPU-only architectures.
